This is a post in Pajama Productivity’s first (hopefully) annual “Fall Into Productivity” month. (Clever wordplay, right? The llamas came up with that.) All month long in October 2016, we’ll be publishing lovely autumnal graphics with a fresh productivity tip each and every day. You can catch all the fall fun right here on the PJP blog, on our PJP Facebook page, or on Twitter @pjproductivity – use the #FallIntoProductivity hashtag to find all posts.
Day 3 of Fall Into Productivity Month is here, and today’s tip is all about two little words, which you need to excise as a phrase from your vocabulary right-now-ish: TIME MANAGEMENT.
There’s no such thing, my fearless friends. You can’t manage time. You can only manage — that’s right! — yourself.
When we stop thinking about time management and start thinking about making better and more mindful choices, we move from the busy work of productivity into TRUE productivity — getting to the root of resistance, hauling ourselves up and over the speed bump between “planning” and “executing,” and actually getting to DONE.
So I’ll leave you with this thought, in the form of a question: What better choices should YOU be making to get your thing done?
